-(m)Is it beautiful?
-(b)I've never tried it 😅
A few details we don't all know caught my eye, and I wanted to write about them. Lately, I've been seeing beautiful bottles behind every bar, like pickle bottles, filled with herbs, fruits, etc., and various mixtures (the names of which I don't know). We don't see what it is or how it reacts, and when we ask questions like, "What is this?" Most of the time, our shoulders go up, unaware of what we're doing, what we're mixing, and how it reacts. Let me shorten this:
Infusion does not mean keeping the plants and fruits in bottles of vodka, whiskey, etc. for weeks. There are several techniques for this, for example, when using dry spices, fresh flowers, fresh fruits, there are different brewing and waiting methods. These methods are divided into 3.
1. Infusion (Brewing): Pour boiling water over the teas you have chosen, close the lid tightly, after it has cooled, strain it with cheesecloth, if you wish, you can add a different sweet liqueur, it is ready.
2. Maceration (waiting) 5-10 days Spices (cinnamon, etc.) are ready to use.
3. Decoction (Boiling) Dry flowers (Lavender, etc.) are heated on low heat for half an hour, stirring frequently, and filtered through cheesecloth while hot. (e.g. rot.)
I am collecting it immediately. Whatever product you use, there is a waiting period and examples of use and application. This topic is a bit long, I will write in detail again.
