- 50ml Scotch Whisky
- 40ml Inspired Sour Cordial
- 30ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 3-4 drops of Inspired Cocktail Foam
- 15ml Red Wine

Add all ingredients except wine into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake for about 15 seconds. Then strain into a glass filled with ice.
Strain. Using a spoon, slowly pour the wine over the foam.
Add. You can garnish with lemon peels and serve.
